Best Outsorcing Company

"SUCCESS WILL COME TO THOSE WHO SEEKS AND WORKS FOR IT.........."

If you are looking for a company that gives equal privilege to both employer and provider... This is the site that you must apply for.

I've been a victim of online scams before I entered Odesk, But that does not stop me from believing that there is a legitimate job online. Until one of my friends told me to try ODESK. From there on I know that I can do it. I took the exam without anyone's help because there is no one whom I can ask during that time. Everybody was telling me that it was not true..... I just HOPE and BELIEVE in my skills and knowledge and I told to myself that I will prove to them that ODESK really pays!.... My first payment was $289.00 and the peso equivalent during that time is higher than today.

Believing in your capacity will give you the courage to do it and persevere more. I remember during those time when I was so down....... "When you Believe" this song uplifts my spirit and help me believe.

Here are some of my payment proofs......

Happy Father’s Day

When does father’s day started? Father’s Day is celebrated every third Sunday of the June. Giving thanks to our father who made us see the beauty of the world. It is a great day to treat our father; honestly my father is a very simple person who doesn’t want anything for himself as long as his children could eat three times a day… When I was young I always saw my father farming, planting rice, trees, fruits and vegetable. It’s where he gets our educational expenses…..

I salute my father for all his hard work; just give us a quality education and a comfortable life. Now that I am a parent too I can clearly understand every word they use to tell us when we were small. He loves to wear hat, and perfume. One thing that he keeps on looking at the Department Store is that Rado Watch. I hope I can buy that to make him happier. Even though he never asks for it I can see with the looks in his eyes that he really likes that watch………. I’ve seen the price and it’s a bit expensive. But for a wonderful father like him he deserves more, I don’t care how much the price. Seeing him smile makes me happy too. To the wonderful father all over the world Happy Father’s Day! Cheers…. 

MINI HANGING GARDEN

I was inspired by the Hanging Garden of Babylon. I have found a garden who have grown plants in front of their house. Most of them are flowering plants, vegetables and herbs. It was one of the attractions in the neighborhood. They were amazed how they turn the place into a beautiful garden

Sunday’s Delicious Recipe " Menudo Especial"

I was thinking of a delicious recipe that I can cook for Family Day. My husband suggested to cook his favorite “my special menudo recipe”.

Here are the ingredients:

1 kilo of Pork belly (cut into strips)
1 kilo of Potato (cut into stips)
1 red bell pepper (medium size
1 carrot (cut into strips)
1 big can of liver spread
6 cloves of garlic (chopped)
2 red onions (chopped)
2 tbsp of soysauce
3 tbsp of. Calamansi juice
1 pouch 200g (UFC ready recipe menudo sauce)
Salt and pepper to taste

For marinate: 2 tbsp of soysauce and 3 tbsp of. Calamansi juice, 1tsp salt, chopped onion and garlic

Preparation:

1. Marinate pork for 15 to 30 minutes in calamansi and soysauce mixture with the half portion of chopped.onion and garlic

2. Boil the marinated pork in a mixture for 10 minutes or until the pork is tender(set aside)

3. In a casserole, heat the olive oil. Over medium-high heat, fry the potatoes and carrot. Add the remaining chopped onions, garlic, bell pepper and pork. Saute
for 10 minutes then add the pork broth. Simmer for 5-10 minutes

4. Add liver spread, menudo sauce and 1 cup of water, season with salt and pepper. Stir constantly, if you want it more sauce you can add another cup of water and seasoning.

5. Set the fire to a medium low heat and Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked
.
6. Best to serve with rice.

What makes it more special is that I sprinkled it with LOVE”

At first she is hesitant to get inside the classroom, but on the following days she no longer cried instead she voluntarily say that its time get in the room because the teacher is calling them. I can’t see the activities that they are doing. I was so surprised when she gave me a card I thought it was just an ordinary card but when I open up a mother’s day greetings is written with her name. I almost cry and left speechless. I hugged her and I couldn’t explain the happiness I felt…………….. And my daughter asks me “Are you happy Mama”. And I told her that I am so happy, she kissed me and said “ I love you Mama” I didn’t notice that my tears fell down. She said don’t cry mama, I told her it’s a tears of joy and she smiled.

ELECTION 2010

It’s been how long since my first vote was cast on a ballot. Now another election is past approaching with a new system. With the computer age, a new and safe way to cast your vote is being designed by IT experts.

It was recently pilot tested and found out that there are so many errors in the matters of counting the votes. Some say that machine only counts for national and not included the local. With this problem many people including the one who run for the post are getting nervous as to how it would turn out effectively, without affecting the accurate counting in the number of votes.

Many have suggested of postpone the election for may result in a failure of election if ever. Others would say that it’s been started and the only way to resolve is to finish it.

On the side of the IT problems, I have talked to an IT expert about his suggestion regarding this matter he said “I knew this problem will rise since every Municipality, City and Provinces needs different names needed to be read by the machine. The problem could have been lessen if the COMELEC sends an IT Expert along with the machine that will make the flashing of needed program into the flash memory upon the arrival to its destination. Flashing was just an easy task; it’s just like copying a certain file to another destination. This could save them time money and effort and should also make the new system more credible”

Euphorbia Milli

Mother’s Day Gift Ideas

Parents are always there to support their children. Especially our mother, they see to it that their child is well taken care of. No matter what is the status in life, mother’s love is unconditional.

When you become a mom, you will not think of yourself, children are always the priority. I remember how my mom raised us. Being the eldest I have matured so early to help her in selling fruits and vegetables in the market. I have seen all the hardships she had gone through from being a wife and a mother. That is why it is very important to give them the best of everything.

Here are some of the things that you can to pamper your moms:
* Take them to spa or a massage
* Give them gift certificates for shopping
* Buy her a favorite jewelry
* Bring her to a dinner date
* Take her to a Cruise to see different places that she had never been to.

There are so many things that we can do make our mother feel special and happy. From the smallest to the most luxurious things in this world the most important is that how you give thanks to them and how you love them.:-)
